Refund policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery of the last item in your order to request a return. Email info@movafit.xyz with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please send the items back within 14 days of notifying us.

Item condition

You may try your item on to check the fit. For our extended return period beyond your statutory withdrawal rights, items must be unworn apart from trying on, unwashed and undamaged, with their tags attached. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Return shipping and address

For a change-of-mind return, you pay the return postage. We do not charge a restocking fee. Keep proof of postage.

Include your order number inside the parcel. Contact us before posting so we can help identify your return; statutory withdrawal does not require our approval.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

Email us with your order number and a description of the issue. MOVA covers the necessary return shipping costs for faulty or incorrectly supplied items and will arrange the appropriate remedy. Your legal rights for faulty goods are not limited to 30 days.

Refunds

Refunds are made to your original payment method. We process eligible refunds within 14 days of your return notification, but may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever comes first. Your payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. Refunds reflect the amount actually paid for the returned items, including any applied discounts.

Your statutory rights

This 30-day policy adds to, and does not limit, your mandatory consumer rights. EU consumers generally have 14 days after delivery to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason, and a further 14 days to send goods back. Any standard outbound delivery charge paid is refunded when required by law. Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods may result in a deduction for diminished value where permitted by law.

To notify withdrawal, email info@movafit.xyz stating your name, order number, the goods concerned and the date received. No special form is required.
